The date that you submit your order to us will determine when/where you can pick-up your order. Please visit the Calendar page NOW (*before ordering*) to review order periods and corresponding pick-up dates by clicking here. Our shopping cart will now remain open all the time, but if you order during the "wrong" order period, you will not be able to have your order delivered to the correct location! Please review the 2012 schedule so you know what to expect.
PICK-UP OPTIONS: SCHEDULED TIME PICK-UP: If the regional/neighborhood TBD pick-up time schedule does not work for you, you can always request to pick-up your order at the SFRAW location in San Francisco (250 Napoleon Street, UNIT G) on Saturday from 12-5pm. These hours are reliable and this might make it easier for you to plan a busy weekend. EARLY PICK-UP: We also have a special "early pick-up" option on the Friday night before between 5-7PM. Friday at 5PM is the earliest we can accommodate any pick-ups - picking up an order before 5PM is not possible. Note: The Fri 5-7PM pick-up option has limited space/availability! You must specifically request this pick-up option when you place your order/in advance. STORAGE: If the regularly scheduled pick-up date doesn't work for you, we can easily store your order for you in San Francisco at the SFRAW warehouse ($15 storage fee). You can then pick-up your order during the next scheduled Freezer Sale dates. Please bring cash or check to pay for the $15 storage fee upon pick-up. Remember that there is NO STORAGE AVAILABLE - EVER - AT ANY OTHER LOCATION. You need to be scheduled to pick-up at the San Francisco warehouse (SF-NAP) in order to have your order stored for a later pick-up.
