SFRAW NEIGHBORHOOD/REGIONAL PICK-UP SITE RULES

Late pick-up/no-show behavior by members will absolutely not be tolerated. Hosts are volunteering not only their homes or businesses for your benefit, but willing to wait on-site for you to pick-up your order for a period of time (2-3 hours). When this time period is over, site hosts "close" the site for that month and will either keep, sell, trash or donate your order. Be respectful of your site host's valuable time by never being late or failing to get your order.
Members that fail to pick-up their order on time (or worse, fail to show entirely), will lose privileges for picking-up at a hosted location. These members will be immediately and indefinitely reassigned to pick-up all future orders at the SF-Napoleon Street location.
Pick-up locations are "self-serve" operations – each member is responsible for reviewing their order(s) and loading their vehicles. Neighborhood/regional pick-up sites are not staffed by volunteers.
Orders are "checked-out" in SF before being loaded for delivery to the pick-up sites. Each invoice includes specific notations regarding any shortages, refunds, substitutions or add-ons. Be sure to review your order and invoice(s) carefully before leaving the pick-up location.
Orders arrive with individual items labeled for each member and a copy of the order invoice/packing list taped to one of the boxes for that order. A mixed box of small, fragile and/or non-perishable items (treats, supplements, etc.) are delivered to each location - we call this the "Dry Goods" box. Be sure to review your order before leaving the pick-up site, and to pull items labeled for you out of the "Dry Goods" box, as needed (the box will have a label identifying the location only; the items inside will be labeled for each member, as ordered).
Please be sure to sign-in that you received your order at the pick-up site.
Members must take all boxes, ties, plastics or packaging materials associated with their order(s) home with them. Leave nothing at the pick-up site but your signature on the sign-in sheet. Never leave trash or empty boxes for the host to deal with.
Check with your site host first to see if it is okay to bring your dog(s) with you to the pick-up location.
Hosts may have special requests for members picking up at their homes or business locations – i.e., behaviors/rules for parking, calling, etc.
If a member is unable/unwilling to follow these stated rules, they will be immediately and indefinitely reassigned to pick-up all future orders at the SF-Napoleon Street location.


SF-NAPOLEON STREET PICK-UP SITE RULES

Pick-up Day/Time: Friday from 5PM-7PM or Saturday from 12-5PM
Parking: We have four reserved parking spaces right in front of our doors, guest parking spaces available in a private parking lot for this building complex, and plenty of free, unrestricted street parking (especially on Saturdays).

Arrive to pick-up your order between 12PM-5PM ONLY.
Be prepared to pull your own order and load your order into your car. We have carts available to stack and move your order on so you do not have to carry large cases.
We suggest that you wear or bring appropriate winter-type (close-toed, rubber-soled) footwear for going into the cold storage units. You may also want to bring a hat, sweater or coat, but you won't need to be in the cooler for long periods as your order is already labeled/reserved for you. We have gloves available.
Although volunteers may help you in collecting things for your order, it is ultimately the responsibility of each individual to leave the pick-up site with the correct items for their orders – please check all boxes and items carefully before you leave! If you do not leave your invoice with us, you may not receive refunds owed to you. Be sure to leave your order sheet with these notations on it with us!
There is a $15/order/month storage fee if we need to store for you for any reason (if you forget to pick-up, if you arrive after 5pm, or if you pre-arrange for the storage option); the SF-Napoleon Street location is the ONLY location that offers a storage option, no other locations offer or have cold storage available.
